We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site solely for the purpose of identifying that payment has been received for the event you are making payment. We will not share or sell your personally identifiable information. SECURITY POLICY: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that is cannot be read over the internet. REFUND and PAYMENT POLICY: Keep in mind that your payment may not post to your account the day you make it. Sometimes it takes a full business day to post to the bank from the card company. Therefore, we will not be able to release tickets until payment has been confirmed as received by our bank. Completion of a payment transaction is contingent upon both the authorization of payment by your card company and acceptance of your payment by the bank used by American GI Forum. In the event that your payment is unable to be processed, American GI Forum will attempt to notify you at least once using the contact information you have provided. In the event your payment is not processed or authorized by your card company your payment liability shall remain outstanding and unpaid and you will be responsible, and you will be subject to all applicable fees and charges assessed by the relevant entity thereon, all of which obligations remain your sole responsibility and no tickets will be issued. Refunds will be given up to 10 days prior to the event for which you are purchasing tickets to attend, and we have verified that said amount of the refund has been credited to our account. By processing your payment, you are accepting the terms of this purchase and will not receive a refund without a request submitted in writing and returning the tickets purchased. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to the office located at 1220 I Street, Modesto, CA 95354 or by email to If the request for a refund is done by email the tickets must be received in the office 10 days prior to the event to be refunded, phone calls or voicemails will not be accepted. A refund will be issued by check within 30 days of the date the cancellation was received either by email or written mail received to the office address stated above. If original payment was made by cash, check, money order, or debit card the refund will be in the form of a check also within the same 30 days. By processing your payment online, you are accepting the terms and conditions for a refund and will hold harmless Veterans in Community Advocacy dba American GI Forum and its officers, board and financial institution.
